Techology History Internet Safety Project Students are to create a PowerPoint Presentation investigating history associated with technology. Students are to pick one to two technological devices and trace their history up to the present. Students need to include information about who the inventor (individual or organization) was, how the technology changed the way the world works, how the technology has evolved, and where the technology seems to be going in the future. Clarity of Presentation	Missing/not done	Poor Information presented is completely confusing and/or contradictory. In addition sounds, text, and pictures are added that have no value to the project and detract from the purpose of learning about Technology History.	Average Material is confusing, contradictory, or not understandable at some point within the presentation. Some of the sounds, text, and pictures help to explain Technology History, but not all do.	Excellent Material is easy to understand (whether it is verbal or written); Actors clearly enhance the information presented; sounds, text, and pictures enhance the production.
Depth of Understanding	Missing/not done Project is presented in such a manner that it is impossible to understand what the history of technology is.	Poor The information presented lacks details; the learners are unable to understand the topic.	Average The information is presented fairly well, but the group leaves out bits and pieces of important information that would greatly help the learner to understand the history of technology.	Excellent The information is presented in sufficient detail to give everyone a complete understanding of the history of technology.
