Knowledge movement/choreography 4 pts Ability to execute the movements. Correct placement of hands, feet, legs.	LEVEL 2 Doesn't know all the moves or perform them correctly yet.	LEVEL 3 Mostly knows all the moves and performs them correctly.	LEVEL 4 Completely knows all the moves and performs them all correctly.
Rhythm/Tempo 4 pts Ability to stay in time with the music	LEVEL 2 The group attempts to keep a rhythm, but gets off beat and speeds up or falls behind often. Doesn't follow beat in music.	LEVEL 3 The group shows a basic understanding of tempo and beat, but sometimes falls behind and/or speeds up in places or makes errors in rhythm.	LEVEL 4 Accurate in beat, tempo, rhythms of dance sequences.
Shows Energy/Attitude 4 pts Involvement in the emotion or mood dance. (e.g. connecting with music instead of going through the motions.	LEVEL 2 Group does not show any emotion while performing.	LEVEL 3 Some energy and emotion is shown throughout the performance.	LEVEL 4 Group demonstrate high level of energy and emotion throughout the performance.
Group Performance 4 pts	LEVEL 2 Dance looked as though the group did not utilize rehearsal time. Not in sync.	LEVEL 3 Dance looked though the group utilize rehearsal time some of the time.<BR> Not quite together.	LEVEL 4 Dance looked as though the group fully utilized rehearsal time.<BR> Solid performance.
