Letter Writing/Book Report 
Post Card Book Report: Select a book for your report. After reading the book, pretend to be a character from the book and write a brief but detailed paragraph in the form of a postcard that tells about the book from the character's viewpoint. Add an address that uses the setting and a stamp should be included. The reverse side should have a post-card-like hand drawn picture, the book title, author's name, and student name.

Salutation (opening) and Closing

The postcard is addressed to a recipient and has a closing that includes the character's name. Example salutation:<BR>

Poor

There are more than two errors in punctuation, capitalization or spelling; the picture is a sloppy, lacking in color, or printed off the computer.
