Telling Time

Hour & minute hand id.	Below Average Student can identify the hour and minute hand on a time clock with minimal accuracy, but still needs assistance.	Average Student can accurately identify the hour and minute hand one at the time clock sometimes. Can indicate numbers on clock sometimes.	Good Student can accurately identify the hour and minute hand one at a time on the clock most of the time. Can indicate most numbers on the clock.	Excellent Student can identify the hour and minute hand all of the time.
ID hour	Below Average Student states the correct hour of time as it nears the new hour some of the time, but unable to do so every time.	Average Student states the hour of time as it nears the new hour most of the time.	Good Student states the hour of time as it nears the new hour when past the 30min mark and most of the time before the 30min mark	Excellent Student always states the hour of time which is coming up, any time.
Telling Time	Below Average Student can somewhat tell time to the minute but not every time they are asked.	Average Student can accurately tell time to the minute most of the time that they are asked.
