Student shows fair amount of effort meaning she does some research about adoption. Student goes to adoption events often but doesn't try that hard to get dogs adopted when she's there.

Student shows Student does plenty of research on adoption. Student goes to adoption events as often as possible. At adoption events student tries extremely hard to get as much dogs adopted as possible.
