Fitness Video Rubric 
Students will be divided into groups to create workout videos based on the knowledge they have acquired throughout class or researched workout routines. The video(s) must be a total of 20 minutes, that can be done in one 20 minute video or broken up into smaller videos that range from 3-10 minutes. Each video or section should have a focus, i.e., cardiovascular or flexibility.

Each person led the video at some point. Responsibilities were shared. Group was on task during class time.

Most members took part in leading the exercises and taking part in the background. Group was on task most of the time during class time.
Fair

Either class time was not used properly or not everyone took part in each part of the video making
Poor

Poor use of class time as well as not everyone was included in some part of the video.
