7-day Meal Plan/Presentation 
Student must come up with a goal and design a seven day meal plan for themselves that consists of nutritious and fresh natural unprocessed foods. Student will write a 300 word summary/reflection of their meal plan and experience and give a 5-8 minute presentation on their meal plan in class.
