Creativity	Poor Project is poorly-planned and has no real "umph" to it. A lazy attempt was made at being "creative."	Fair Student shows a basic level of creativity and completes a minimum amount of work just to get by.	Good The project is fun and interesting, yet lacks the "thinking outside the box" creativity.	Amazing Student obviously spent real TIME on the project and shows a level of thinking "outside the box." Project is truly interesting and engaging. Project demonstrates quality and effort.
Plot, Theme, & Characters or voice, language, and purpose of author	Poor The student fails to share the developed plot line. The student fails to develop or even mention the main character/s. The student fails to present any themes.	Fair The student simply mentions the character, but fails to develop him or her. The student provides a skeleton plot line. Themes are mentioned.
