Good Project engaged but problem not solved satisfactorily. Shows some contrast and some awareness of the aesthetic principle established for this project.	Fair Project engaged and no evidence of experimentation or little concern for design.	Poor Project incomplete or complete with no evidence of experimentation.
Craftsmanship 60 pts The finish is smooth and the decoration is clean and neat. Line width is varied.	Excellent Project refined with obvious technical intent and meticulous construction. The inlay design is clear with both thick and thin lines.	Good Project mostly refined with some areas that could use additional attention. The inlay design is clear.	Fair Project finished but not very refined.	Poor Project finished with no attention to detail. Quickly thrown together.
Finishing 20 pts Glaze and finishing enhance the inlay design	Excellent The glaze color was considered for its aesthetic enhancement of the design. The glaze was applied uniformly and the surface glaze was wiped away neatly and thoroughly.	Good Glaze choice considered. The glaze application not thorough. Glaze removal not thorough.	Fair Glaze color randomly chosen. The application and removal of the glaze was sloppy.	Poor Glazing does not enhance the design.
