Introduction	Excellent Includes personal information of the person being interviewed and provides an overall focus on the individual's career.	Good Includes some personal information with a weak outline of the body of the essay.	Poor No clear distinction between the introduction and body. Very little information on who the biography is about.
Content	Excellent Essay contains quotes and three details about the career which were learned. Facts are accurate and are a reflection based on a one-on-one interview.	Good Some personal information included. Describes the career in a basic way. Includes few facts and minor effort in reflecting on interview.	Poor No accurate factual information or reflections. It is apparent an interview did not take place.
Conclusion	Excellent Provides a review of the career and what was learned. Has no repetitive vocabulary and terms.	Good Some review of the information gotten from the interview.	Poor Does not offer a review or conclusion thoughts for the essay.
Organization	Excellent Proper paragraph order that is clear and easy to follow. Includes an introduction, body and conclusion with developed thoughts and details.	Good Distinguishable paragraphs with some development in thoughts and details. Events are arranged out of order with some difficulty in following chronological order.	Poor No distinguishable introduction, body or conclusion. Thoughts are scattered and do not flow well. No thought development or effort made in providing details.
