Respect Means you were kind and listened to others. You valued what others had to offer.	Poor Did not respect other group members' opinions and ideas. Was often negative towards other group members. You were involved in communication with members of other groups about subjects unrelated to the task.	Fair Somewhat respected other group members' opinions and ideas. Was negative at times toward the group or the project. Got involved with other groups.	Good Mostly respected other group members' opinions and ideas.	Excellent Respected other group members' opinions and ideas offered positive feedback consistently.
Work Load Many projects are too big for one person alone. If everyone does a portion of the work, the task becomes much easier to complete.	Poor Did not help with the group on the project as expected. One group member was left to do most of the work alone.	Fair Did not help with the group on the project as expected. One group member was left to do a lot of the work alone.	Good Mostly helped the group with writing and research required.	Excellent Helped with written work and research work.
