	Rookie 1 pts	Novice 2 pts	Apprentice 3 pts	Practitioner 4 pts	Expert 5 pts
Completed Work	Rookie You aren't keeping up with the work and are at least a week behind the majority of the class.	Novice You are about two classes behind where you are expected to be.	Apprentice You are about one class behind where you are expected to be.	Practitioner You are keeping up with the amount of work set during class.	Expert You are completing the set amount of work and have moved ahead of what is expected.
Depth of Explanations	Rookie You have only put the answers in the book. Your answers are not in full sentences.	Novice You have put in some explanations but the work is generally all over the place and not clear to follow	Apprentice You have put in most explanations but they still lack depth. You need to be mindful of what you are trying to say.	Practitioner Explanations and answers are thoughtful. Understanding needs to be explained in more depth.	Expert Explanations and answers Shows a clear understanding of your thinking and understanding.
Organisation/presentation	Rookie You keep your work as a random assortment of pages with no use of book.	Novice Work is kept in a book but is still difficult to follow.	Apprentice Work is kept in a book but is still disorganised. Writing and order needs improvement	Practitioner Work is generally set out sequentially. Missing dates and ruled pages. You need to work on setting out your work clearly and sequentially.	Expert Work is always presented in a logical fashion and includes dates. Heading and subheadings are set out clearly and sequentially.
