Appearance	Poor Very informal dress - sweats, distressed or stained clothing No obvious attention to grooming - dirty fingernails, messed up hair	Fair Informal dress - jeans and a t-shirt Some or over attention to grooming - hair that needs constant attention or nails that get in the way	Good Somewhat formal dress - sweater and dress pants/skirt Appropriate attention to grooming - everything neat and tidy but not in the way during the interview
Behavior	Poor Overly nervous or inappropriate - no eye contact, fidget in seat, play with objects (rings, pens, fingers, etc.)	Fair Somewhat nervous or inappropriate - little eye contact, lots of movement, slouching in seat	Good Appropriately nervous - good eye contact, appropriate hand gestures, good posture
