Poems is creative and original. It is evident that the poet put thought into their words and innovatively conveyed their ideas and emotions.

The poem is creative, but appears to be rushed or used little effort. This is evident in the poet's lack of organization or random ideas.

Poem appears to be thoughtless or rushed. Work is very repetitive, and ideas are impersonal or unoriginal.
