Student asked questions appropriatley using the medical history form as a guide line.	Good Student conducted an interview with a lack of complete questions to ascertain if a massage was beneficial or if there were any contraindications from the medical history form.	Needs Improvement Student did not conduct a thorough interview.
Independent	Excellent Student comes to the massage session prepared and on time, with a nail cut and ethical look Student is in complete clinic attire.	Good Student comes to the massage session late, unprepared or with nails uncut and does not have on appropriate clinic attire.	Needs Improvement Student does not come prepared,long nails, late and not in clinic attire.
Massage Technique

Contact	Excellent Student demonstrated one hand contact throughout the massage session.	Good Hand contact during massage was interrupted 2 times during the session.	Needs Improvement Student consistently disconnected from client 3 or more times during the session.
Sequence	Excellent The massage session had a continuous flow. Student transitioned massage applications with appropriate follow through. Student demonstrated smooth movement of massage techniques.	Good The student displayed some hesitation transitioning into massage applications or body part 2+. Massage techniques were not followed through correctly 2+.	Needs Improvement The massage session was interupted continously through the session. The student displayed on numerous occasions hesitation/disruption of massage applications.

Draping/Communication Cues	Excellent Performs proper draping skills, by covering the client for privacy. Procedure for turning client over is correct. Poor Client's privacy and security is not intact, Communication for turning over is not given.

ROM

Joint Movement	Excellent Student properly performs safe ROM with proper client supporting without creating any pain or discomfort. Student maintains proper body mechanics throughout ROM. Needs Improvement Student either did not move through full ROM or exceeded ROM 1+ times. Student Did not provide proper client support 2+ times. Student has improper body mechanics 3+ times.
