Blog Response Rubric
	Exceeds 4 pts	Meets 3 pts	Approaching 2 pts	Does Not Meet 1 pts
Response Content	Exceeds Response is on topic and the author's meaning is clear.	Meets Response is on topic but does not have enough detail or thought making it unclear as to the author's meaning.	Approaching Response is either off topic OR lacks any thought or preparation.	Does Not Meet Response is off topic and lacks any thought or preparation.
Grammar/Spelling	Exceeds No mistakes.	Meets A few minor mistakes that do not take away from the meaning.	Approaching Several mistakes that makes the reader unsure of what the author is saying. This results in the reader having to re-read the author's work.	Does Not Meet Many mistakes in grammar and spelling that takes away from the author's work.
Peer Response	Exceeds Student responds to all peers/groups in proper format and expectation.	Meets Student responds to most peers/groups in proper format and expectation.	Approaching Student shows a lack of understanding on how to respond based on the guidelines and prompts provided. OR Student does not complete the follow up responses to peers.	Does Not Meet Student shows a lack of understanding on how to respond based on the guidelines and prompts provided. AND Student does not complete the follow up responses to peers.
