Food Truck Project
The food truck industry is a growing field in the hospitality and tourism industry. Working on your own, in pairs, or in groups of up to three, design and build your own food truck business! To start your own company, you must complete the following: SWOT Analysis, Business Plan, Branding, and Truck design. Bonus points will be awarded to the truck that makes the most money during the food truck festival - 15 pts. for first place, 10 pts. for second place, and 5 pts. for third place.
