Recognition	Poor -cannot identify the sound of the letter C	Fair - can identify and produce the sound of the letter C after two prompts	Good - can identify and produce the sound of the letter C after one prompt	Very Good - can identify and produce the sound of the letter C without prompt
Enunciation	Poor - cannot say the sound of the letter C correctly after 5 repeated attempts	Fair - can say the sound of the letter C correctly 1 -2 times after 5 repeated attempts	Good - can say the sound of the letter C correctly 3-4 times correctly after 5 repeated attempts	Very Good - can say the sound of the letter C correctly 5 times after 5 repeated attempts
