Geometry Proof Two-Column Proof Rubric
	Green Proof Expert 3 pts	Yellow On the Way 2 pts	Red Not Yet 1 pts
Group Cooperation	Green Group works on their own without any teacher guidance. The group is well behaved, talks at a low volume level, and discusses ideas amongst each other in a polite manner.	Yellow Teacher had to redirect group once or had to answer 1 question.	Red Teacher had to redirect group more than once, and/or the group asked more than one question.
Structure	Green The proof is written as a two column proof.<BR> The columns are labeled.<BR> All statments and reasons are numbered.	Yellow One structure element is missing.	Red More than one structure element is missing.
Flow	Green The proof uses sound reasoning based on algebraic properties, definitions, postulates, and theorems with no gaps in the reasoning.	Yellow There is one gap in the reasoning of the proof.	Red There are multiple gaps in the reasoning of the proof.
Clarity	Green The proof is written using accepted geometric/algebraic terms and notation	Yellow The proof is mostly written using accepted geometric/algebraic terms and notation	Red The proof is not written using accepted geometric/algebraic terms and notation.
