Attendance and PunctualiEnter title	Excellent Excellent Student is always on time.	Good Good Student is almost always on time.	Needs Work Fair Student has been late to class several times.	Unsatisfactory Unsatisfactory Student is late most of the time.
Engagement	Excellent Excellent Student is always fully engaged, always on task, and never needs reminders.	Good Good Student is engaged, on task, and rarely needs reminders.	Needs Work Fair Student is somewhat engaged, rarely on task, and needs frequent reminders.	Unsatisfactory Unsatisfactory Student chooses not to participate, engage in activity, remain on task, and needs reminders each day.
Respect/Cooperation/Safety	Excellent Excellent Student always respects teachers, self, and fellow classmates. Student always follows directions the first time given and obeys all safety rules.	Good Good Student shows respect to teachers, self, and others almost all of the time. Almost always listens to directions the first time.	Needs Work Fair Student is somewhat respectful to teachers, self, and others. Does not always listen to directions the first time.	Unsatisfactory Unsatisfactory Student does not show respect towards teachers, self, and others most of the time. Does not follow directions most of the time.
Preparation	Excellent Excellent Student is always fully prepared for class. Wears tennis shoes each day.	Good Good Student is almost always prepared for class. Almost always wears tennis shoes each day.	Needs Work Fair Student is occasionally unprepared for class. Has not worn tennis shoes on several occasions.	Unsatisfactory Unsatisfactory Student is not prepared for class most of the time. Does not or rarely wears tennis shoes.
