Gives his/her very best effort regardless of the activity. Attempts to learn all new/necessary skills and attains most of them. Generally listens well and follows direction. Occasionally asks questions for clarification or to aid improvement

Consistently demonstrates best efforts. Learns all new skills and strives to continually improve on them. Helps others to learn skills and practise them. Actively and attentively listens and asks questions for clarification and improvement purposes

Always demonstrates good teamwork and is reflects on reasons for winning and losing and implements techniques for improvement. Always plays safely, recognises when others are playing unsafely and responds appropriately
