Sing Exam Assessment Rubric Sing Exam Assessment Rubric Students will sing a portion of a song on which they are currently working. They will be assessed on that performance and this rubrics shows how that grade will be determined. Intonation (pitch)	1 Student is NOT ABLE to sing the correct pitches and demonstrates poor intonation. (5 or more errors)	2 Student SOMETIMES sings the correct pitches but demonstrates poor intonation. (3-4 errors)	4 Student MOSTLY sings the correct pitches and demonstrates very good to excellent intonation. Tone Quality	1 Student is NOT ABLE to sing with good tone at this time.	2 Student SOMETIMES sings with good tone but it is breathy and not relaxed.	4 Student MOSTLY sings with good, clear tone. The tone may be a little breathy at times or not as relaxed.	5 Student ALWAYS sings with good, clear, relaxed tone.
