Satisfactory Some preparation has taken place; knew mostly what to do; pitch, rhythm and timing was above average.	Good Parts of the performance was forgotten; evident that little practice has taken place; pitch, rhythm and timing could be better.	Needs Improvement No practice was evident; poor memorization; poor timing; poor pitch and rhythm.
Direction	Clear Excellence The group ensemble's performance was serious and focused; showed confidence.	Satisfactory Mostly serious and focused; showed moments of confidence.	Good Parts of the performance was tentative; little interaction with each other; show little confidence.	Needs Improvement Lacked focus and concern during the performance; showing no confidence at all.
Team Work	Clear Excellence Show great team work and ethics throughout; ware of each other at all times; interact positively with each other; mistakes were not noticeable.	Satisfactory Showed some team work; mostly organized; good interaction with other performers; little mistakes were noticeable	Good Needs work on team work and awareness o each other.
