Interacting Effectively	Poor Ignoring Student	Fair Listening to the student minumally	Good Listening completlely, giving positive comments
Individual Involvement	Poor Limited Involvement	Fair Working in only groups	Good Working out of groups and paying attention to all individuals to the fullest
Cultured Classroom	Poor Not open to new ideas and is limited on a diverse understanding	Fair Has a theme of diversity with every lesson but does not show it	Good Within every lesson is including a lesson of diversity
Motivate discouraged children	Poor Motivates them in a negative way	Fair Motivates but takes little effort to change the students attitude	Good Children have positive attitudes because they are motivated and ready to learn for the day
Created Framework	Poor Not giving the children and instuction, classroom ia a mess	Fair Giving children instuction, but the instuction is not organized and classroom is a mess	Good Children have organized instruction, with an organized classroom
Makes Goals	Poor Never give children a goal for the day to work toward, and does not have a positive attitude	Fair Gives children goals for each day, but with a negative attitude	Good Gives children effective goals for children to work on everyday throughout a lesson with a positive attitude
