Hand Position/Posture	3 Excellent Appropriate hand position and energy at all times. Posture is always appropriate; both feet on the floor, sitting up straight and arms up and ready. Plays with appropriate force and dynamic.	2 Good Hand position appropriate some of the time, energy is lacking at times. Posture appropriate some of the time; legs crossed, sitting back in chair some of the time. Plays too loudly or softly at times.	3 Needs Improvent Hand position sloppy, hands too far back on the edge of the drum.Shows no energy and poor posture. Drum is played too hard or too soft.
