Good Student provides evidence that he or she understands the concept of telling time. Student can not explain.	Excellent Student understands the terms or concept of telling time. Student knows how to explain the answer to the teacher and his/her peers.
Conduct a short research LAFS.3.W.3.7 Conduct short research projects that build knowledge about a topic.	Poor Student has difficulty relating time zones to traveling.	Fair Student accurately explains how some of the time zone are related to traveling	Good Student accurately explains how each time zone is related to traveling to each country.
