Chord knowledge	Level 4 All chord fingerings is correct for F and C. Student has excellent knowledge of chord positioning.	Level 3 Mostly all of chord fingerings correct for F and C. Student has a strong knowledge of chord positioning.	Level 2 Some of the chords fingerings correct for F and C. Student has limited knowledge of chord positioning.	Level 1 Most of the chord fingerings are incorrect for F and C. Student has limited to no knowledge of chord positioning.
Chord fluency	Level 4 Student's chord changes are smooth and fluent.	Level 3 Student's chord changes are mostly smooth and fluent.	Level 2 Student's chord changes are at times smooth and fluent.	Level 1 Student's chord changes are not smooth or fluent.
Strumming / Sound	Level 4 All 4 strings are strummed consistently without any fingers touching other strings.	Level 3 All 4 strings are strummed consistently most of the time without any fingers touching other strings.	Level 2 All 4 strings are strummed consistently some of the time without any fingers touching other strings.	Level 1 All 4 strings are not strummed consistently or without any fingers touching other strings.
Tempo	Level 4 Tempo is steady throughout.	Level 3 Tempo is mostly steady throughout.	Level 2 Tempo is at times steady throughout.	Level 1 Tempo is not steady.
Ukulele Knowledge	Level 4 Student has excellent knowledge of the ukulele. The student holds and plays the ukulele correct and can name the strings and frets correctly.	Level 3 Student has good knowledge of the ukulele. The student mostly holds and plays the ukulele correct and can name most of the strings and frets correctly.	Level 2 Student has some knowledge of the ukulele. The student sometimes holds and plays the ukulele correctly and can name some of the strings and frets correctly.	Level 1 Student has little to no knowledge of the ukulele. The student cannot hold or play the ukulele correctly. They have limited to no knowledge of the strings or frets.
