Catching Rubric
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Catching with both hands	Poor The student can not catch the ball at all. The ball is always falling to the floor.	Fair The student catches the ball some of the time. The ball is only on the floor part of the time.	Good The student catches the ball all of the time. The ball is never on the floor.
Catching the ball with right hand	Poor The student never catches the ball. The ball hits the floor on almost every catch attempt.	Fair The student catches the ball some of the time. The ball is only on the floor about half of the time.	Good The student catches the ball all of the time. The ball is never on the floor.
Catch the ball with the left hand	Poor The student never catches the ball. The ball hits the floor on almost every catch attempt.	Fair The student catches the ball some of the time. The ball is only on the floor about half of the time.	Good The student catches the ball all of the time. The ball is never on the floor.
Catch ball at chest level	Poor The student can not catch the ball at chest level. The student never catches ball at chest level.	Fair The student can catch ball at chest level some of the time. Half of throws are caught at chest level.	Good The students always catch the ball at chest level. The ball is never caught about of below the chest.
