Research	Level 4 Every major opinion supported by relevant research.	Level 3 well researched argument.	Level 2 argument had some research but appeared mostly opinion.	Level 1 argument was not researched.
Argument	Level 4 excellent argument. Clear and rational.	Level 3 majority of the arguments clear and rational.	Level 2 some arguments were clear and rational.	Level 1 argument was unclear and irrational. (no logic)
Counter	Level 4 excellent counter arguemnt.	Level 3 majority of counter argument relevant and strong.	Level 2 some of the counter argument was inaccurate and not relevant.	Level 1 counter argument was not accurate and/or relevant.
Performance	Level 4 effectively used intonation and emotion	Level 3 intonation in voice but lacked emotion	Level 2 some intonation in voice	Level 1 voice was monotone
