Streets/Labeling	Poor Students have at least two streets and are labeled	Fair Students have at least four streets and are labeled and addressed correctly	Good Students have at least six streets and have them neatly labeled and addressed
Appearance	Poor Buildings are not affixed to poster and poster is not completed	Fair Buildings are completed and affixed to poster and there is variance of color.	Good Students have neat buildings, and have neatly affixed buildings to poster and have neatly created streets, land, and/or water areas.
Presentation	Poor Students are unable to explain why or how they developed their community. Students speak too softly and audience cannot understand their presentation.	Fair Students can explain their development of community. Students speak clearly and loud enough for audience to hear them.	Good Students can identify needs/wants and important services necessary for a strong community. Students can give rationale (reasoning) for their design. Students speak loudly and clearly so audience can understand.
