Text dependent questions	Poor Teacher develops little or no questions in response to student reading. Questions do not require text evidence.	Fair Teacher develops questions that require text evidence and fall under the category of key ideas and details and craft and structure.	Good Teacher develops questions that require text evidence and fall under the category of key ideas and details, craft and structure, and integration of knowledge and ideas.
