Almost all items neatly & securely attached. A few barely noticeable stray marks or smudges.	Fair Shows little attention to construction. Not all items securely attached & is a bit messy. Some noticeable stray marks or smudges.	Poor Poorly constructed. Most items not securely attached. Smudges, stains, rips, uneven edges, and /or stray marks.
God/Goddess Characteristics	Excellent Depicts a mythical god/goddess from Greek history clearly. Student has used text evidence in specific god/goddess physical characteristics based on powers/realms	Good Somewhat depicts a Greek god/goddess. One major characteristic is missed/incorrect.	Fair God/goddess cannot be identified by included characteristics.	Poor God/goddess does not include any physical characteristics.
Project Deadline	Excellent Project is turned in on time.	Good Project is one day late.	Fair Project is two days late.	Poor Project is three days late. More than three days late will result in an incomplete grade.
Oral Presentation	Excellent Explanation of how characteristics of the god/goddess are related to myth is detailed. Thoroughly communicates an ancient myth in which the chosen god/goddess/monster appears.	Good Explanation of how god/goddess characteristics are related to history is reasonable. Able to share basic details of powers, relationships, and symbols in mythology.	Fair Explanation of how god/goddess characteristics are related to history is slight. Gaps in student knowledge of powers, relationships, and what part their character plays in myth.	Poor Explanations are weak. Difficulty understanding how to relate characteristics to god/goddess. Little or no knowledge of powers, relationships, and/or story.
