People of Charlotte's Web 
The assignment is for small groups of students. Students will discuss the different character traits of the selected characters of Charlotte's Web. After discussing the many character traits, students will collaborate to create a PowerPoint of at least 4 slides with sentences that describe the character displaying these traits throughout the book and complete a PowerPoint presentation.

The four slides of character traits for each character should include in the slides a sentence from the book that describes the character trait of the character.

All four character trait slides have identified a character trait for assigned character. Slides have the required layout, creativity, organization, and required sentence from the book.
Fair

All four character trait slides have the minimum requirements.
Poor

The slides are missing required elements.
Collaboration/Grammar/Technology

Students are able to demonstrate collaboration, grammar, and technology skills.

Good

The PowerPoint presentation contains no more than two errors.
Fair

The PowerPoint presentation contains no more than three errors.

The PowerPoint presentation contains four or more errors.
Oral Presentation

Presentation should demonstrate organization, fluency, pronunciation, and enthusiasm.

Good

Presentation demonstrated fluency, pronunciation, and enthusiasm. Each student in the group presented a slide in the PowerPoint presentation. Students were organized and spoke clearly.
Fair

Presentation demonstrated some fluency and pronunciation. Each student in the group presented the minimum requirement for the PowerPoint presentation.
Poor

Presentation lacked fluency and pronunciation. There were missing requirements that were not met during the oral presentation.
