Outstanding - Major points are stated clearly and are well supported.<BR> - Content is clear.<BR> -Specific steps are in order.
Organization & Structure	Unsatisfactory - Organization and structure detract from the message.<BR> - Writing is disjointed and lacks transition of thoughts.	Satisfactory - Structure is mostly clear and easy to follow.<BR> - Transitions are present.	Outstanding -Structure is clear and easy to follow.<BR> - Transitions are logical and maintain the flow.
Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling	Unsatisfactory - Contains numerous grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors.	Satisfactory - Rules of grammar, usage, and punctuation are followed with minor errors.<BR> Spelling is correct.	Outstanding - Rules of grammar, usage, and punctuation are followed; spelling is correct.
