Content	Poor Student's lesson plans are incomplete and easily can see that the time was not put into it to make it a meaningful experience for his peers.	Fair Student's lesson plans are for the most part coherent and easily implemented. Most of the components of the lesson plans are there.	Good Student writes coherent and easily implemented lesson plans. The lesson plans will explain the purpose of the lesson; how he will introduce the topic; how he will teach the lesson and how he will assess his peers and what he will do to challenge and reteach if needed	Great Student writes coherent and easily implemented lesson plans. The lesson plans fully explain the purpose of the lesson; introduction; different ways to teach the concept are written to reach different learners; how he will assess his peers and how he will challenge and reteach if necessary.
