Informational Writing 
Information Texts: CCSS.ELA-Literacy.W.3.2 Write informative/explanatory texts to examine a topic and convey ideas and information clearly. Students will write an informational text with a main idea (topic sentence), 5 facts to support the main idea (supporting details), and restate the main idea with feeling (conclusion sentence). The students will use correct punctuation and capitalization. The sentences will make sense to the reader using correct grammar.
