After analyzing my heart rate, I have explained 5 different things I have found from my findings. I have included 5 facts about why the human body behaves in this way.

Conducting a Fair Test

I have conducted a Fair Test and have been able to identify a most of the influences that could have caused a change in the result. I have recorded accurate measurements from my observations, including pulse rate, body temperature and breathing rate.
