Rooms The plan shows all the required rooms. Each home needs to have bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, stairs, hallways, ect. Anything we covered with symbols must have a room in which to be placed. Must have required main floor, basement and second story, or a main floor along with a finished basement.	Poor The house includes all required rooms/areas. (At least 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living area, dining/office, kitchen, garage. (Accomplish 60-69%)	Fair The house includes all required rooms/areas. Doors and Windows Doors are added to room openings (unless otherwise stated). Doors swing in facing the wall. Door dimensions are in-between 2.5'-3'; All exterior doors to be 3' wide and all doors where appliances are to be located 3' wide.	Poor Show all door and windows. Show the swing of the doors.
