The plan shows all the required rooms. Each home needs to have bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, stairs, hallways, ect. Anything we covered with symbols must have a room in which to be placed. Must have required main floor, basement and second story, or a main floor along with a finished basement.
The house dimensions make sense, and are consistent throughout the project.
Doors are added to room openings (unless otherwise stated). Doors swing in facing the wall. Door dimensions are in-between 2.5'-3'; All exterior doors to be 3' wide and all doors where appliances are to be located 3' wide.

All floor plans aka 1, 2, basement have exterior dimensions and interior dimensions. All dimensions to be consistent. Inside wall to wall or center to center. Exterior Dimensions to be from exterior wall to centers of windows/door to wall, then an overall dimension is to be placed.
