Ground Safety	Poor The soil is loose and soggy and leads to unsafe conditions for players.	Fair The ground is uneven and somewhat soggy in some places, but not in the main parts of the field.	Good The soil is not soggy and provides good traction. Walkway areas from the dugout and running paths are free of clutter and unsafe objects.
Fence Effectiveness	Poor Outfield fence is loose due to large gaps or breaks.	Fair Outfield fence is strong, but has a few small gaps or breaks.	Good Outfield fence is sturdy and has no gaps or breaks.
