Content is well organized. Topic is developed thoroughly. Writer fulfills all of the the requirements using accurate subject, salutation, and appropriate ending. Paragraphs are clearly and accurately divided into introduction, body and conclusion with smooth transitions.

Presentation is generally logical.Writer fulfills the requirements, there is evidence of competent structure without sophistication; lacking in effective transitions at times.
Average

Presentation is somewhat illogical and confusing in places. Structure, while attempted, is sometimes unsuccessful because either the paragraphs lack evident transitions or planned sequence, or the greeting/ending is inappropriate for the corresponding audience.
