The Max Hayes Collision instructor will issue an Employability grade AT LEAST twice per six weeks. The Instructor may elect to administer this grade more than twice a six weeks as deemed appropriate for their program. This will count as a summative (60%) grade and will be used to measure content mastery of work ethics, professionalism and career readiness for each AUTO COLLISION student enrolled in a CTE course at MAX HAYES HIGH SCHOOL.
