Feet	Good Heels are making contact on the ground fisrt and followed by the toes. Toes are pushing off. Feet are not dragging.	Fair Heels are making contact first. Toes are dragging.	poor Feet are stomping. Do not push off with toes.
Legs	Good Legs are coordinated. Long strides. Legs are alternating with the opposite arms.	Fair Long strides. Legs are not alternating with the opposite arms.	poor Knees are not bending. Legs are not alternating with opposite arms.
Arms	Good Arms are coordinated. Alternates with the opposite leg. Arms are swining froward not side ways. Rotates with hip. Elbows in and bent.	Fair Arms are alternating with opposite legs. Elbows in and bent. Arms swing across body.	poor Elbows are out. Arms swing across body. Arms swing side to side. Arms are not alternating with opposite legs.
