Good

The group has put together a strong outline of how their lesson is going to happen. Each job is explained in detail, along with rules, equipment, and facility needs.
Fair

The group has put together an outline, but some information is missing. This could include enough detail in jobs, rules, equipment, or facility needs.
Poor

The group has not put together an outline, or has is missing a lot of information. This could be little to no information about their jobs, rules, equipment, or facility needs.
Flow of the Lesson

Good

During the lesson, the group shows a strong command of their class. They are asking questions, demonstrating the activity, and enforcing the rules. The activity goes smooth, or the group adjusts the activity appropriately to get the activity back on track.
Fair

During the lesson, the group shows a some command of their class. They are able to answer questions, but do not check for understanding. They demonstrate part of the activity, but leave some areas out. The group enforces some rules but are not consistent. The activity is a little rough, but overall fairly successful. The group does little to adjust to the issues within their game.
Poor

The group does not have much control of the activity or their class. They do not ask questions, nor answer very many appropriately. They do not demonstrate the activity, and do not enforce the rules, which makes the activity fail. The group makes no effort to make adjustments in their activity.
Body Language

Good

The group shows confidence and poise when addressing their group. There is no gum chewing, arms crossed, and the group is active with the class during the activity. The group is having fun with their class.
Fair

The group shows some confidence and some poise when addressing their group. Fidgeting and/or gum chewing is eventide. Arm crossing is happening, but the group stays involved during the activity. The group is having fun, but still reserved.
Poor

The group shows no confidence nor poise when addressing their group. The group is using poor body language; arms crossed, gum chewing, fidgeting, and poor posture. Some members are standing to the side disengaged from the activity. There is no evidence of enjoyment in what they are doing.
