Vocabulary/High frequency words E.C 2.1	Needs Improvement Student has inadequate vocabulary words to express his/her ideas properly.	Satisfactory Student is able to use some vocabulary words but was lacking, making him/her repetitive and cannot expand on his/her ideas.	Good Student uses some of the words learned in class.	Excellent Student uses the words learned in class, in an accurate manner for the situation given.
Syntactic and discursive structures E.C.2.8,	Needs Improvement Student is difficult to understand and has a hard time communicating their ideas,he uses some desorganized words.	Satisfactory Student is able to express their ideas and responses in simple sentences unconnected.	Good Student is able to express their ideas and responses fairly well using some connectors.	Excellent Student is able to express their ideas and responses with ease in proper sentence structure and tenses.He is organiced and uses plain of connectors.
Pronunciation E.C.2.7	Needs Improvement Student is difficult to understand, quiet in speaking, unclear in pronunciation.	Satisfactory Student is slightly unclear with pronunciation at times, but generally is fair.	Good Pronunciation is good and did not interfere with communication	Excellent Pronunciation is very clear and easy to understand.
