Introduction	Needs Improvement No introduction or introduction didn't actually introduce topic.	Fair Introduction lacked enough details.	Good Introduction gave enough details to cover the speech.	Excellent Introduction not only introduced the speech, but got the audience's attention.
Body	Needs Improvement Lack of organization or details.	Fair Enough details, but little organization.	Good Good organization and details.	Excellent Excellent organization, in-depth details, and included a variety of details (facts, stories, specific examples, etc.)
Conclusion	Needs Improvement Speech ended abruptly.	Fair Speech ended with a rushed or confusing conclusion.	Good Speech ended with an adequate summary of points.	Excellent Speech ended with a lasting impression!
Delivery
Voice	Needs Improvement Difficult to hear or understand. No expression in voice.	Fair Could be heard some of the time or somewhat difficult to understand. Little expression.
