	Fair 15 pts	Good 45 pts	Excellent 35 pts
Activating switch when asked.	Fair Student would not touch or look at the switch.	Good Student looked at switch but needed total assistance to activate switch.	Excellent Looked and touched the switch when asked with minimal assistance.
Putting cut outs on felt board.	Fair Student would not touch the cut out even with assistance.	Good Student would choose the cut out correctly but would not place on felt board.	Excellent Student reached and placed cut out on felt board with minimal assistance.
Uses shapes to construct a house	Fair Student would not touch the glue or shapes to create the house.	Good Student would use glue but did not follow directions and did not make a house.	Excellent Student used glue and shapes to create a house with minimal assistance.
