Interview Assignment Interview Assignment You will interview one of the following: teacher or licensed practitioner, parent or student, paraprofessional, special educator or specialist ( OT/PT,SLP, etc.) You will ask them about their perception of implementation, fidelity and effectiveness of two to three evidence based practices for students with autism spectrum disorder . Interview	Poor The student either did not complete the interview or did very little to collect useful answers	Fair The student's questions covered at least two evidence based practices and feedback was documented.	Good Student asked three relevant questions about the implementation, fidelity and effectiveness of evidence based practices and received good feed back and documented that feedback well.
Creativity/Effort	Poor It is obvious that the student put forth very little effort into this assignment	Fair The student did complete the assignment, but could have ask questions that indicated more effort in the area of implementing evidence based practices	Good Student was original and creative in writing this assignment. There is obvious effort to do well on this project.
Grammar/Spelling	Poor Contains several spelling errors and grammatical errors that severely disrupt the reader.	Fair Contains a fair amount of spelling and grammatical errors that disrupt the reader.	Good Contains no spelling and grammatical errors.
