On-task Are you doing what you have been assigned to do?	Excellent Student was On-Task and worked PRODUCTIVELY during the entire class.	Good Student was On-Task for the majority of time and worked productively.	Fair Student was On-task and productive part of the time. More than once, the student was asked to get back to work.	Poor Student was present but was NOT On-Task and productive through out the class period.	No Credit Student was not present during the class period.
Participation Are you an active participant in the class activity?	Excellent Student contributed to activity by OFFERING ideas and suggestions and by helping others or asking others for help during the class.	Good Student contributed to activity by offering ideas and suggestions and by helping others or asking others for help.	Fair Student occasionally contributed to activity by offering ideas and suggestions and by helping others or asking others for help.	Poor Student was present but DID NOT contribute to activity by offering ideas and suggestions or by helping others or asking others for help.	No Credit Student was not present during the class period.
Listening Skills Are you listening to the responses of your classmates?	Excellent Student LISTENED when others talked. Made responses appropriately.	Good Student listened when others talked.	Fair Student often DID NOT listen when others talked.	Poor Student was present but DID NOT listen and was disruptive when others talked.	No Credit Student was not present during the class period.
Behavior Is your behavior appropriate for the class activity?	Excellent Student SHOWED responsibility and respect and did NOT display disruptive behavior during activity.	Good Student MOSTLY showed responsibility and respect and RARELY displayed disruptive behavior during activity.	Fair Student OCCASIONALLY showed responsibility and respect and OCCASIONALLY displayed disruptive behavior during activity.	Poor Student was present but DID NOT show responsibility and respect during activity.	No Credit Student was not present during the class period.
Computer/Tablet Use Are you following the instructions for using your tablet during class activities?
