Captains will use the following rubric to score each member of their group. Total points available is 16. You may give half points but you must explain in the comment section

Excellent
Individual attends all or most classes, is punctual and stays engaged for the entire class
Good
Individual attends most classes. If they must miss the captain or an agreed upon member is notified. Individual rarely is not engaged in the activity
Fair
Individual occasionally misses a class. Rarely will inform the captain or an agreed upon member of the team that they will miss. Occasionally is asked to participate
Poor
Individual Frequently misses class and does not inform the team, or an agreed upon member of the team. When they do come, they are often late or hangs out elsewhere. Constantly having to ask that they participate.
Attitude
Excellent
Is never publicly critical of the project or the work of other. Always has a positive attitude about the task(s).
Good
Is rarely publicly critical of the project or the work of others. Mostly, has a positive attitude about the task(s).
Fair
Is occasionally publically critical of the project or the work of other members of the group. Occasionally, has a negative attitude about the task(s)
Poor
Is often publicly critical of the project or the work of other members of the group. Is often negative about the task(s)
Focus
Excellent
Consistently stays focused on the task and what needs to be done. Is very self directed
Good
Focuses on the task and what needs to be done most of the time. Other group members can count on this person.
Fair
Focuses on the task and what needs to be done some of the time. Other group members must sometimes nag, prod and remind to keep this person on task.
Poor
Rarely focuses on the task and what needs to be don. Lets other do the work.
Climate
Excellent
Almost always listens to shares with, and supports the efforts of other and specifically the captain.Uses positive tone, facial expression, and or body language to convey a positive attitude. Provides assistance to captain and others when asked. Promotes an open group climate where members feel safe to express themselves.
Good
Most of the time the individual will listens and supports the efforts of other and specifically the captain.Mostly uses a positive tone, facial expression, and or body language to convey a positive attitude. Provides assistance to captain and others when asked. Promotes an open group climate where members feel safe to express themselves.
Fair
Occasionally, the individual will listens and supports the efforts of others and sometimes the captain. Occasionally will use a negative tone, facial expression, and or body language. Occasionally has a negative attitude. Occasionally makes other feel reluctant to express themselves.
Poor
Occasionally,the individual will listens but mostly tries to do the opposite of what is being asked. .Uses a negative tone, facial expression, and or body language to convey their displeasure. Group is happiest when individual is absent.
