The Presentation	Novice Student delivered a presentation that was off topic and unclear. Student made little to no eye contact with the audience.. There was little evidence of the student prepared for the presentation.	Apprentice Student delivered a presentation that was somewhat unclear. Student made little eye contact with the audience.. It was evident more practice was needed.	Proficient Student delivered a presentation that was clear. Student made eye contact with the audience some of the time. It was evident the student practiced the presentation some, but needed a little more work.	Distinguished Student delivered a clear, concise presentation. Student made eye contact with the audience. Student demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the topics.
The Application	Novice Reflection is incomplete. The reflection does not show a clear connection between the project and academic life and fails to meet the minimums for the paper. Reflection properly refers to the book, including citation and reference page. Reflection thoughtfully connects project to academics and potential challenges the student may face in college.
